What is DeskRaid?
DeskRaid is a pixel-art menu bar RPG for macOS. Everyday typing attacks bosses while you work. Defeat creatures, earn gold, and upgrade your weapons across 99 levels, with bosses drawn from a roster of 822 creatures.
Can I play while using other Mac apps?
Yes. The DeskRaid macOS app can count keyboard presses in the background when you allow Input Monitoring in System Settings. You can also attack with the Strike button. The website demo only receives keys while this webpage is focused.
Does DeskRaid record what I type?
DeskRaid saves per-key totals, never your typed sentences. The interactive website demo keeps its progress in memory and does not send your key presses to a server.
Is DeskRaid available on iPhone or Windows?
The downloadable game is made for macOS. You can explore this website and try its interactive battle preview on other devices, including iPhone. Downloads are temporarily unavailable while we prepare a new release process.
